I moved over here from another studio and was nervous about the change but so glad I did! The reformer classes are challenging but they also do levels for beginners. The fusion classes OMG they are what I didn’t know I was missing in life! Streamline, lift , barforma the list goes on! I also love that it is all walks of life, age ! It is the best place! Check out Brittany class! She pushes you but also teaches and meets you where you are. If you have been on the fence jump on over and come meet us on the carriage you will be so happy you came!!

I had a wonderful morning at InLife Botany, starting with a reformer cardio circuit class led by the fabulous Brooke, followed by a relaxing 30-minute session in the studio's brand-new Nook infrared sauna. It's a fantastic combination for a full-body detox, and I already know I'll be sleeping well tonight. Highly recommend this studio!

I joined In-Life Wellness Cheltenham when it opened in February, and over the past seven months I’ve become stronger, healthier, and so much more confident in myself. I genuinely look forward to every class and love that the studio offers fusion classes as well as reformer Pilates. The studio itself is beautiful—bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with 16 well-spaced reformer beds, so there’s plenty of room to move (no playing footsies with your neighbour during legs in straps!). The soft lighting and subtle aroma from the diffuser create such a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What truly sets In-Life apart, though, is the incredible team of instructors. Every instructor is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you get the most out of every class. They strike the perfect balance of making each session fun, challenging, and engaging, while ensuring everyone feels supported, no matter their experience level. Whether you’re thinking about trying Pilates for the first time or you’re looking for a modern, spacious, and welcoming studio with an amazing community, I can’t recommend In-Life Wellness Cheltenham highly enough.

InLife Cheltenham is the best pilates studio I’ve tried! They have fantastic instructors and a friendly and welcoming environment. You always leave the class feeling great (and know that you’ve worked hard!). The fusion classes are super fun too and a great challenge. Love barreformer and shape especially!
