We’re looking for a people-focused, driven and energetic leader to take the reins at Snap Fitness Dubbo — and the timing couldn’t be better.

The club has recently undergone a major transformation , with a fresh new look, additional equipment, more training space and a brand-new Pilates offering . Now we’re looking for someone who can take this exciting next chapter and run with it.

This is your opportunity to lead an established fitness community, build something bigger and have a genuine impact on the success of the club.

💪 What you'll be doing

As Club Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the club.

You’ll have plenty of variety, including:

- Creating an exceptional experience for our members and making the club a place people genuinely enjoy being

- Driving membership growth through sales, local community engagement and corporate partnerships

- Building strong relationships with members, Personal Trainers and the wider Dubbo community

- Leading and motivating the club team

- Developing marketing and member retention strategies

- Managing group fitness timetables and supporting our Personal Trainers

- Keeping the club operating at a high standard across cleanliness, safety and compliance

- Looking for new ideas and opportunities to continually improve the club

- Most importantly — bringing energy, personality and a genuine passion for people and fitness to the role

You’ll have the freedom to be proactive, try new ideas and help shape where the club goes next.

⭐ What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

- A natural people person who enjoys building relationships

- Confident, positive and comfortable taking the lead

- Motivated by achieving goals and growing a business

- Sales-focused without being "salesy"

- Great at creating a welcoming and motivating environment

- Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities

- Comfortable with social media and local marketing

- Passionate about health, fitness and helping people achieve their goals

Sales industry experience is highly regarded, but it isn't essential.

If you have the right attitude, leadership ability and personality, we can teach you the rest.

A Certificate III in Fitness is looked upon favourably but is not essential, and we can support you in obtaining further training to benefit your career.
