About the Role

We’re looking for a Pilates Instructor with a strong foundation teaching small group Mat and Reformer classes and, who is keen to continue developing within a supportive, high-standard studio.

You’ll play an important role in delivering engaging, well-planned classes that reflect ‘The Silverback Way’, while contributing positively to our team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Experience and capability

- Must be available early mornings and/or evenings - Minimum of 12 months experience teaching IRL Mat & Reformer Pilates - Comprehensive certification is advantageous, but not essential - Strong understanding of movement principles, technique and a hands on approach - Ability to adapt for a wide range of bodies, abilities and goals

Member experience

- You genuinely care about people, their experience, and forming a true connection - You create a class environment that feels welcoming, inclusive and supportive

Professionalism

- You are reliable, punctual, consistent and professional at all times - You communicate clearly and confidently - You bring care, maturity and attention to detail in your class programming, cueing and member interactions

- You are a true team player and willing to cover when your peers need you - You are coachable and open to feedback, valuing continuous improvement - You want to be part of a studio that is committed to high standards
