Physiotherapist – Private Practice \| Inline Physio Ashgrove

About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Senior Physiotherapist who enjoys a mix of:
- Manual therapy + exercise-based rehab
- Building long-term patient relationships
- Delivering high-quality, outcome-focused care
You’ll work with a varied caseload including:
- Musculoskeletal conditions
- Sports injuries
- Exercise rehabilitation
- \+/\- Reformer Pilates Classes
Our client base is engaged, loyal, and values your expertise, allowing you to focus on clinical outcomes, not excessive paperwork.
What you’ll get

- $95K–$105K base inclusive of super (depending on experience)
- Generous commission structure calculated over 4-week blocks
- Realistic OTE: $100K–$120K+

Facilities & systems
- Reformer Pilates studio (4 reformers) + gym space
- Opportunity to run Clinical Pilates , Bone Building and Rehab classes
- Full admin support + cloud-based systems
- AI Scribe notes, letters, exercise and treatment plans with PREVE
- Allocated admin time built into your week
About you
- Minimum 3 years of private practice experience preferred
- Full AHPRA registration
- Strong skills in:
- Clinical reasoning
- Manual therapy
- Exercise prescription - Professional indemnity insurance
- Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship)
Reformer Pilates experience is not required - we’ll support you to develop this skill if interested.
